Our brand team was asked to build out a safari-themed look & feel for our 2023 Employee Family Picnic. This event happens every year and every theme varies from the next.

Project scope

• Developed a Summer Safari mood board for event decorators
• Designed environmental signage for food vendors, carnival games, maps, directional signs, and misc. decorative labels
• Coordinated professional photography
• Created event-themed decor
• Produced various printed collateral, including menus, postcards, passports, and swag
• Designed digital signage, email banners, landing page designs, and save-the-date reminders
