Project overview
Our creative team was tasked with developing a subset of the Marvell corporate brand to highlight the human side of Marvell. This employee-facing brand supported HR, Talent Acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives. This new identity aimed to be less technical and more approachable.
The system was split into 2 efforts: The first tranche was led by the in-house team, and the second tranche was built upon the existing system to scale and be used by regional teams. With the help of agency support, we localized existing assets, photographed employees from different regions, and filmed short employee testimonial videos.
