FY27 Sales Kick Off, MongoDB

project overview

Led end-to-end creative direction and execution for MongoDB’s FY27 (2026) Global Sales Kickoff: A three-day, 1,200+ person event in Las Vegas, NV. Due to an unexpected late-stage shift in executive vision and event programming, my creative team had less than one month to execute—and only days to establish the brand foundation ahead of fast-approaching print deadlines. Despite the short runway, we developed a comprehensive at-event brand system, including environmental designs, on-site signage, car wrap, motion graphics, keynote visual identity, breakout session templates, digital templates, and misc swag items.

Beyond creative development, we partnered closely with multiple external production vendors to guide stage design, installation, rehearsals, and run-of-show execution— ensuring a cohesive attendee experience from arrival through closing sessions. Even with the compressed timeline and significant scope expansion, the event was delivered successfully and became one of the most impactful large-scale creative programs of my career to date.
